Those Small Things

It all started waking up at 5 am. The happiness and inner satisfaction to conquer a simple act everyday triggered a cascade of change. I recall it was Ankita Singhal who said “A small change can make a big difference. You are the only one who can make our world a better place to inhabit. So, don’t be afraid to take a stand .”  So be it.

Life is a slow race, and we are in it for the long haul. Every small rearrangement of ourselves adds up to a big difference. It is now more clear to me than ever that all we think is the first step of change. So by practicing small changes we begin our way to transformation.

And it all starts with language.  Small vocables make up our minds the same way actions make our attitude and behavior. As those small actions become constant, we become more efficient. Early morning raising allowed me to fully start owning many small changes.
